In the last week or so, we've received something like 3 feet of snow.  Which means.... SNOW ZOOMIES!!!

I like to stay away from the youngsters because they are NUTS! But I still like my zoomies!

I will leave the really deep snow to the crazies, however...

For reference, the snow is at least Daisy-deep in spots!

Completely nuts!

I think she has eyeballs in there!
The youngsters also have this thing about lying down in the snow.

Oh, and yeah, they are such sisters!

Seriously, is there any doubt that they are related?
I am not completely out of the fun, however. While the youngsters are wading through dog-deep snow, I am going after Frisbees and looking regal!

I've still got it!

This is *my* Frisbee.

Really, mine.

Okay, so I will go after frisbees like the youngsters. Hey, a girl's got to keep an eye on those things or they will get lost!

Yep, I've mastered the Looking Regal thing.

Yep, seriously regal.
I think Dad was having fun in the snow, too!

Have a great week - we'll be the ones zooming around in the snow!

Bitey Face

The youngsters are nuts.  Not that this is news to anyone, but sometimes it's nice to have photographic proof.

I don't think Lucy-Fur needs a dental exam this year...

She can even make snow levitate!

Mom keeps telling Daisy that if she breaks Lucy-Fur she's not getting another puppy.

However, I don't think Lucy-Fur is in any danger of getting 'broken'.
Complete nutters.

Yep. They are playing tug-of-war with a twig. Nutballs.
Of course, they throw in snow zoomies for good measure.

Meanwhile, I just look regal. (Besides, if I stay still, they are less likely to hit me when they fly by...)

I am not amused by your crazy dog shenanigans.
And I don't know what Mom did to Daisy, but I think Mom had better hand over some treats ASAP!

Demon dog.
Stay tuned for more adventures!

Happy New Year!

Or, in the spirit of our late, great friend Dennis the Vizsla, Happee Noo Yeer!

We are ringing in the new year with cold weather (after some glorious snow that allowed Dad to continue to play with his new snow blower), but with the help of Musher's Secret, we will go on our long walkies with Mom and Dad.

Mom has been very amused with the 'panorama' mode on her phone's camera, so she has been taking some photos on our walkies.

(Those were two different days, and two different locations, in case you were curious.)

When not going on walkies, or napping, we have been frolicking in the snow.  (Actually, I had some sickies that reduced my desire to frolic, but I am feeling better - and now it's pretty cold to frolic, so I might let the youngsters get snowballs between their toes while I go inside and stay warm!)

We do, however, know how to pose when required.

Hey, Mom, fork over the snacks!

I think this is actual definition of 'stinkeye'.

I am about to bark for snacks!
Lucy continues to not believe in gravity.

And the youngsters are learning the fine art of snow zoomies!

Happy New Year to all!
