Another busy day!

Another day where Mom has to type fast so we can get everything in!

First, we had a very slow morning; Mom didn't sleep very well, so after we got up and went outside (and decided that it was cold and windy), we got back in bed and snoozled (which is sort of like sleeping, and snoring (mostly TaiChi on that front) and snoodling (which is a poodle thing) all wrapped in to one - it's very warm and snuggy when we all snoozle together) for a while. Then after a while of snoozling, Mom got up and did 'stuff' around the house. And then she decided to start another dog-related cross-stitch pattern while she is washing/drying the big Gypsy Wagon (which will heretofore be referred to as The Cross Stitch House With Wheels). And she did that for a while, and more 'stuff'.

Then we did a ROTE. This time we just had to go to the pharmacy (at the grocery store), but I got into the Box With Wheels (aka the Jeep), and we went down to the store. I guarded the Box With Wheels while Mom went inside. (She promised she would be quick.) And quick she was! She came back with a little bag of stuff and a Nylabone for me. A big, giant Nylabone! But in truth, I wasn't all that interested on the drive home. Because, let's face it. Mom is a newer driver, and you know that you always have to pay attention with newer drivers, so I helped her by keeping an eye on the road for her, while also making sure that she used her turn signals and didn't talk on the phone. And, of course, I behaved Very Well so she wouldn't be distracted.

But when we got home? I was All. Over. the Nylabone!

And then?

And then, we we got home, Mom decided that the weather was good enough for us to go on a hike. Since she (finally) bought some cold-weather clothes (a couple more hats, some gloves, some warm tights, etc.), she bundled up against the wind and the cold, and off we went. Yay, Mom!

It was muddy, and Really Fun!

And there were lots of leaves to go tromping through!

So it was a great hike!!!

And. AND!!! While we were on the hike, Mom and I were talking (like we usually do when we hike), Mom told me that we were going to go back in the House With Wheels this weekend. It's just for Saturday night, and we are just going to Miller Motorsports Park, because Mom and Dad have a car race on Sunday, and they want us with them (how could they not?!?). So, House With Wheels and The Big Yellow Car!!! I can't wait!!!

Then the final excitement of the day? When we got back from the ROTE, Mom got the mail.

And in the mail? Mom had ordered a couple of baseball hats from the Irish Guide Dogs store. We found this via Clive, who is a very handsome goldendoodle, who works for a living, for his Not-So-Little-Man. I think he did some calendar work for them, but Mom and Dad (and I) are more baseball cap kind of people. Whaddya think?!?

Yo! (heehee!)

Pretty cool hat, huh?!?

Excellent hat. Maybe you will get to go places only working dogs go while wearing that hat.

Enjoy the one night in the House on Wheels. Even only one night can be fun.
