A White Christmas (and Long Weekend)!!!

We were thrilled to see that the weather-guessers on TV had guessed snow for a few of the days Mom had off work for the holidays.  And for once, the TV weather-guessers guessed right! SNOW!!! Santa Paws brought us exactly what we wanted for Christmas - snow!  Dad may have been less thrilled about the whole snow thing, but hey, everyone can't be happy all the time....

Sing it with me!  There's no zoomies like snow zoomies!!!

We some other nifty pressies from our grandparents, including a frisbee, a ball (that probably will come out in spring, as it would sink in the snow immediately) and many noms - all of which work complement the snow very nicely!

And yes, we had a blast in the snow!

The snow we got this time was the famous Utah powder - light and fluffy!

This would be another of those "whatever" moments....
Of course, we weren't engaged in snow zoomies all the time.  Sometimes we stopped to pose for Mom.

And, of course, Mom roped us into some studio shots, too.  (Yes, there were noms involved.)

Needless to say, with Mom home for five whole days, we are now rather worn out (that also explains why Mom took eleventy billion photos of us)....  It's nap time!

Modeling is tough!  (Mom says I'm paraphrasing a Barbie that said math class is tough... As usual, I have no idea what she's talking about!)
This was Mom's 'Twas the night before Christmas' photo, complete with a total lack of stirring creatures!

We hope everyone enjoyed the holidays!

Will We Have a White Christmas or a Wet Christmas?!?

What have we been up to?  Well, after years and years weeks of no snow, we got some mushy snow this morning, and we dragged Mom out for a walkie, with her muttering something about the Donner Party.  I wasn't worried about being part of the Donner Party - Abby outweighs me by almost 10 lbs - she would totally be the first to be eaten.

Trust me, Abby, you'd be the first to go.
Dad was a wee bit less thrilled about the snow, as it started raining after our walkie, and the snow turned to thick mush.  Dad spent a great deal of time pushing the mush around, and we're all hoping our driveway doesn't freeze into a luge run...

Dad is that yellow blob in the middle of the picture, at the bottom of our wickedly steep driveway!

The rest of the week was spent in frisbee-related activities.

And Abby engaged in more of her frisbee antics.

We spent the rest of the week posing for Mom, because we are Good Dogs.  You're listening, right, Santa?  Santa?!?

Have a great week, and Merry Christmas!
