The Thundering Herd is completely correct; in times like these, where we have a paucity of snow, a snow gun is a necessity, not a luxury. Thus it cannot be considered a bribe. So thanks for the offer, Frankie, we'll take it, but we are assuming this is a donation made in friendship to help us cope with unfavorable weather conditions and not an attempt to unfairly sway my judging decision. If the delivery man needs our address, let us know.
We'll just hook it up to our neighbor's hose so we don't use OUR water! Heehee! |
Speaking of snow.... Mother Nature decided to tease us yesterday with an inch of snow. Seriously. An inch! Why bother? It's better than nothing, but we've still got bare patches in our yard. We are supposed to get a HUGE change in weather patterns near the end of the month, but in the meantime, we'll keep hoping for Frankie's snow gun.
However, we did the best we could with the little snow we got...
Seriously pathetic amounts of snow.
We did get in some zoomies (heck, we'll do zoomies in mud), but we need some SNOW!!!
Did I mention that we need some snow? This time last year, we couldn't stand where we are standing now - there were FEET of snow here...
This is it?!? Seriously?!? |
Hey, Mom... where's the snow? |
Not that it stopped us from a little more bitey-face action.
And more zoomie action.
And, of course, we can still look cute.
Or, in Abby's case, play keep-away with the squeaky ball....
We'll keep working on our snow dance. And wait for the delivery man to bring us our snow gun! Heehee.

I am sure you are going to get tons of snow soon!
Kisses and hugs

I sure appreciate the snow dance. Cause we got some snow yesterday too.
I think we got more than you and that is wrong cause you live up there and we are out here in the desert.
Anyway....thanks so much for sharing what you got.
at least you got some zoomies in before it melted

take what you get but ALWAYS hope for more.
Blessings,

Judge Fiona, Abby regrets to inform you that it will be necessary to impound the snow gun at least until the end of Mango Minster - and possibly indefinitely. Or if you prefer, it could be donated to a home for snow-deprived rescue doggies waiting for a good home. Better yet, it can be donated to the Mango. While Abby is sure you would never allow your judicial judgement to be swayed, even the appearance of impropriety would reflect badly on Mango Minster and therefore on Mango, and Abby is sure you would never be a party to disgracing your esteemed friend.

We are suffering from these totally weird weather patterns here too!! Normally we are measuring snow in feet. Not so this year. The ski resorts can't even make snow because the temps have been too warm. We will probably have a really snowy MAY!
Hmm. Maybe instead of making sure the Adventure Animals know we can't be bribed by a mountain range, we should let them know we can't be bribed with one of those snow gun things. That looks AWESOME!
Play bows,
Zim
At least you girls got some snow. We haven't gotten any since October!
Love ya lots

Okay, how did you get this special job of judge at MM2012 Miss Fiona?? We have wanted that job since it started, cuz the bribes OOPS! perks are terrific!! You are soooo lucky.
Now about the snow. At least you got some. And we can see that you had a great time playing it. Did you know that we saw a Fiona clone today at Trader Joe's?? Yup. We hollered,"Hey Fiona!!", but she just looked at us with a funny face.
