In Which We Are Very Tolerant

While this week's photos don't actually reflect it, we got in a lot of tennis ball action this week.  We've had some rain, but that didn't really stop our tennis ball action.  Mom did bring out the camera on some of the sunny days, so we have proof that we got to chase tennis balls.

For some reason, Mom has been calling me a 'Sharkadoodle'.  Hey, so I might have watched some of Shark Week - I've got to do something while Mom is at work!  Heehee!

For some reason, Mom also says this photo is proof that my dog suit it too big.  I say it is comfortable!

"Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the backyard!"  Heehee!
Abby and I spent a little time challenging each other for Tennis Ball Dominance!

We called it a draw!

The Doodle Launcher was also used a bit.

Abby isn't the only one with springs in her leggies!
And there was much Watching the Ball (Mom, you might want to study our form here, if reports of your playing tennis are accurate...)

And, of course, there were many zoomies!

And Abby did many big stretchies to catch tennis balls!

So we were very happy about all the tennis ball action!

And it's a good thing we got in a lot of tennis ball action, because Mom wanted to spend some time on her 'off camera flash photography', and being the good, loving, tolerant, well-rewarded-with-treats dogs that we are, we indulged Mom and her flashy beasts.

Mom tried some 'studio lighting'

And she tried some dramatic lighting....

Obviously Abby has a dark side!  Heehee!

Even my 'dark side' isn't that dark!

Yuh, we're pretty much done here.
And she played around with lighting in the 'library' (as in Colonel Mustard did it in the library with the dog leash)...

Yes, I'd say we are Very Tolerant Doggies.  And we totally earned all the treats we got!

Have a great week, and make the humans pay you well if they insist on breaking out the flashy beast!

Very tolerant indeed. Those glamor shots can be quite tedious. I don't see you smiling much. My guess is it took mom about 87 boring minutes to set up and fuss with the camera. You need stand-ins who can stay still under the lights. Then you two just pop in at the critical moment. Maybe mom could apply doodle fur to dad and use him to get the lighting right.

Kisses,
Dexter

You need a shark-a-doodle sound track! We just noticed the fence. Do the moose jump the fence?

Great shots! The Missus is into photography too. She loves taking pictures of African wildlife and hopefully, her website will be up by this year.

Love,
