Hmmm.. Apparently I have used that title recently, as it popped right up when I started typing... Yeah, well. What can I say? We got more snow over the weekend, and I'm not super inventive when it comes to titles.
As always, Abby and I had to go test out the new snow (hey, someone's got to do it...).
After giving the snow a full eight paws up, we got down to serious business.
A little bitey-face...
A little frisbee time...
And, of course, Lard Butt had to sit in the snow....
Then Mom got all excited about the idea of getting some 'portrait' shots of us.... What? Do we look like supermodels? Well, yeah, we do, but we don't do the posing thing.
Unless you've got treats...
Seriously. Hand over the treats and no one gets hurt....
Once Mom tired of this (and it took a while... she's got about a zillion pictures of us waiting patiently while she holds bil-jacs above our snooters...), we got back to some serious frisbee time. (For the record, we've got 4 frisbees, one of which won't be located until the Spring Thaw, 2 newer ones that get buried from time to time, and then The Original Frisbee, which is, frankly, the best one for tug-of-war. It's got a few holes in it, but it hasn't disintegrated yet. Although Mom's got the camera at the ready for when it does! Heehee.)
And, of course, there's nothing like wrestling with your sister....
Do we love the snow? Just maybe! ;-)
Happy snow days, everyone!!!

More snow!
We got some new snow this morning. It was supposed to be a huge storm, but so far, we just got a little snow in the morning, and then it got sunny. Maybe there will be more snow tomorrow, because this stuff sure is fun!
BTW, I may have inadvertently given the impression that Mom and Dad don't like the snow. Dad just doesn't like have to clear the snow off the 50-bazillion square foot driveway that we have (can you tell that Dad bought the house in summer and wasn't thinking about the snow? yeah...), and Mom doesn't like the zillions of people that come out of the woodwork to go skiing only after it snows, but Mom and Dad actually like the snow. And if you can't tell, we LOVE the snow!
In case you were wondering, this frisbee is MINE. :-)
I hope that the weather-guesser people get it right, and we get some more snow tomorrow, because we used up all the snow we go today!

PeeEss: Mom has been playing around with the settings on the camera, and was quite pleased with the tint on the first so many pictures. The 6th picture is one of her all-time favorites (biggify it and you'll see why - you can see my beautiful brown eyes!). In fact, she keeps muttering something about how next year better have an extra 23 months because she's got so many pictures ofme us that she likes! :-D

Playing in the Snow...
Abby and I have been having a great time playing in the snow! Mom has about a zillion photos, and I figured that if she didn't get SOME posted, they'd just languish on her computer for all eternity. So... in no particular order, here are some photos of Abby and me frolicking in the snow!

New Snow!
We have had a series of storms in the last couple of days (which is a good thing, because we had some days in the high 40s.... and we were losing a lot of snow), and Abby and I have been taking full advantage of the new snow. We got some new snow yesterday, it cleared up for a while, and then by the afternoon it was starting to snow again.
And (say it with me....) bitey-face in new snow is ALWAYS fun.
Lookit those toofies on Abby. I think she needs braces! Heehee.
Frisbee time is always good when it's snowing, too.
So, as the snow began to fall again yesterday afternoon, I did my best to make sure that all of the towels in the house were called into action. Heehee.
And then we woke up this morning and it was DUMPING!!!!
AWESOME!!!
We got about 16 inches of new snow, and Abby and I were not going to let any of it go to waste!
We mentioned that bitey-face is always better in new snow, right?!?
This is our Dancing With the Dogs submission.... Heehee!
We only lost one frisbee in the deep snow!
C'mon, Mom. Throw it, already!!!
Yep, frisbee time in new snow is great, too!
So, we say, let it snow! We're having fun!!! And with the holiday weekend, Mom and Dad are avoiding the ski resort, so they are spending lots of time with us!!!!
Heehee. Abby is such a doofus!
Happy snow days to everyone!

PeeEss: For those of you who have been wondering about our snow; we live at 7,000 feet, and we will likely have "measurable" snowfalls until late March, if not April, and we'll probably have 'dustings' into May. As much as Mom complains about "wet dogs", I assure you that she likes us covered in snow much more than when we are covered in dust or mud! Heehee!
