It's About TIME!!!

We have had a very warm, dry Fall - which was fine - we had plenty of tennis ball action, good walkies, and general good times.  But as we got in to November, we were really beginning to wonder when we were going to get some 'real' snow (the grass has to be totally covered to count as real snow).  We finally got some this week, and we made the most of it!

If I was a Husky, you'd hear me 'woo-ing'.

I was barking for joy, instead!

This weekend there were many snow zoomies....

 

 

 

 

 Abby, of course, felt the need to show her excitement by testing the Doodle Launcher in snow....

And there was more civilized frisbee retrieving, as well.

So yes, we were very happy to see the snow!  Especially since this was the piddling excuse for snow we had earlier in the week.  We still had fun, but this barely even counted as snow.

The weather prompted Mom to have fun with PhotoShop...

And we get in some tug-of-war...

Oh, and we were lured into more posing for holiday cards - and sample photos for Mom's photography business, Liz Dranow Photography - but there were many liver treats involved, so all was good!

Another Funballs Week!

This week has been unseasonably warm, and so we've been able to enjoy lots of quality frisbee and tennis ball time.

Since I'm Dogzilla, is Abby Mothra?  Heehee.

 

And there were many zoomies!

The Doodle Launcher was also put through its paces this week.  Abby demanded that Mom turn it all the way up.  I have a feeling Abby is somewhere over Kansas by now....

With that body position, she definitely made it over state lines!

In addition to all our funballs activities, we placated Mom by posing for Many Studio Shots.  Actually, it's not too bad - Mom has these awesome liver treats, and some other awesome salmon treats, which are dispensed liberally.

Some of us are trying to be serious.  Others of us aren't even trying....  (Or they are very trying, depending on you take on things...)

I am Thinking Deep Thoughts here!

After random studio shots, Mom got the brilliant idea to start getting some holiday shots - partially because Mom needs something for our holiday cards, and partially because Mom is thinking these might be a good thing for her fledgling photography business website (she should have it pretty much 'in production' next week and we'll post a link then).

Of course, I don't think Abby with her 'Bah Humbug' face will draw in potential clients.

Now me,  totally look like a holiday card doggie!

Mom spent a bunch of time fiddling around with lighting and reading things on the interwebs and finally came up with a lighting setup she is really happy with.  Now she just has to learn how to get Abby to cooperate!  Heehee!

At least Abby doesn't look downright surly there!
